Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days starting from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on www.dextermilano.com.
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products in collection. Excluded are all products subject to customization as well as products made to order (the latter include, in addition to customizable products, all products in the online catalog dextermilano.com that are shipped beyond 3 working days).
1. In order to withdraw from the contract, the customer must first send an e-mail to shop@dextermilano.com to obtain authorization for return and must then return the Products to the address that will be indicated to the customer via e-mail by delivering them to the courier for shipment within ten (10) working days starting from the date on which he received the Products.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, including liability in case of loss or damage of the Products.
2. The right of withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described in the preceding paragraph - shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully complied with:
a) The Returns Form must be correctly filled out, indicating the Return Authorization Code communicated by DEXTER Milano and sent together with the product - accompanied by the purchase invoice - within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the Products by registered letter with return receipt sent to DEXTER Milano Srl Piazza Piemonte 10, Milano 20145.
The right of withdrawal may also be exercised within the same period by e-mail communication to shop@dextermilano.com confirmed by registered letter with return receipt - accompanied by the purchase invoice - sent within the next forty-eight (48) hours;
(b) The Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
c) The Products must be returned in undamaged, properly sealed packaging with undamaged, original and complete package and contents;
(d) Returned Products must be sent to Seller in a single shipment. In fact, the Seller reserves the right not to accept Products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and terms set forth in this paragraph, the Seller shall refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the Products.
The amounts will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal. The Seller will activate the refund procedures pursuant to the following paragraph Time and Method of Refund, once it has verified that the terms and conditions set forth above have been properly complied with.
3. If the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you may re-obtain, at your own expense, the Products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the Products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
Time and method of reimbursement
1. After the return of the Products, the Seller shall make the necessary verifications regarding the conformity of the same with the conditions and terms indicated in the preceding paragraph in points 1 and 2. In the event that the verifications are positively concluded, the Seller shall send, via e-mail, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the Products so returned.
2. Whichever payment method to be used, the refund procedure shall be activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verification of the proper execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned Products.
3. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the Purchase Order and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
